They will be positioned at the most accessible and visible point in arrivals, holding a personalised name board. Exact meeting points differ by terminal: Terminal 2 and 5 at Arrivals Level 0, Terminal 3 at the Central Arrivals Hall, and Terminal 4 at the Central Meeting Area. You will receive precise meeting instructions with your booking confirmation.
Nothing happens on your end — that is the point. We monitor your flight from the moment it departs. If your arrival is delayed by thirty minutes, two hours, or more, your chauffeur’s schedule adjusts automatically. You will not be charged additional waiting fees, and you will receive a message keeping you informed. One full hour of complimentary waiting is included on all arrivals bookings.

Whether your flight lands at 3 AM or departs at 4 AM, your chauffeur will be there, presented and prepared to the same standard as any other booking. There are no additional charges for unsociable hours or public holidays.

 
We recommend reserving at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle class. For early morning departures or peak travel periods, 48–72 hours is advisable. That said, our concierge team accommodates urgent and last-minute bookings wherever operationally possible — please call us directly for immediate requests.

Absolutely. Vinta Rides provides full VAT receipts and professional invoices for every journey. Corporate account holders receive consolidated monthly invoices with journey-level detail, suitable for expense reporting and finance team submission. Please inform us of your invoicing requirements when making your reservation.

Standard luggage — up to two large cases and two cabin bags per passenger — is included within your booking at no additional cost. For unusually large items such as golf equipment, specialist cases, or exceptionally heavy cargo, please advise us at the time of booking so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is allocated. There is no surcharge for child seats, which can be requested in advance.
