All bookings are subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or telephone.
A booking is confirmed only once written or electronic confirmation has been issued by Vinta Rides.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all details (date, time, flight number, address, etc.) are accurate.
Amendments to bookings must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time and are subject to approval and vehicle availability.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card, bank transfer, or authorised corporate account.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, parking, additional stops, or detours beyond the original booking.
Prices may be revised without notice, but confirmed bookings remain valid at the agreed rate.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time: 50% charge applies.
Cancellations made within 12 hours or after the chauffeur has been dispatched: 100% charge applies.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
A no-show is defined as when a passenger fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location without prior notice.
For airport transfers, a no-show applies 60 minutes after the flight’s actual landing time (for international flights) or 30 minutes for domestic flights, unless contact has been made with the chauffeur or support team.
For non-airport bookings, a no-show applies 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time if no contact has been established.
All no-shows are charged 100% of the booking fee and are non-refundable.
If you anticipate any delay, please contact our support team immediately to avoid being marked as a no-show.
To ensure a seamless airport transfer experience, Vinta Rides offers real-time flight monitoring and a generous grace period:
Chauffeurs track all incoming flights to adjust arrival times based on actual landing.
Complimentary waiting time:
60 minutes after the flight has landed for international flights
45 minutes for domestic flights
After the complimentary period, waiting time charges apply per 15-minute interval, depending on the vehicle type.
If a flight is significantly delayed, we will adjust your pick-up time accordingly; however, excessive delays may require rescheduling subject to vehicle availability.
For non-airport pick-ups such as hotels, offices, or residences:
15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included in all bookings.
After the grace period, a waiting time charge applies per 15-minute increment, depending on the vehicle category.
If the passenger has not arrived or contacted the chauffeur within 15 minutes, the booking may be marked as a no-show, and the full fare will apply.
Our chauffeurs always aim to accommodate clients’ delays wherever possible, but extended waiting may affect subsequent bookings.
For non-airport pick-ups such as hotels, offices, or residences:

Clients are responsible for their luggage and belongings.
Vinta Rides Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
Please ensure your luggage fits safely within the allocated storage area. Oversized or excess baggage must be declared at the time of booking.
While every effort is made to ensure punctuality, Vinta Rides is not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, or damages resulting from unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).
Our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the original booking.
Vehicles must be used for lawful purposes only.
Passengers may not request unsafe, illegal, or impractical driving practices.
The chauffeur retains discretion regarding the safest and most efficient route to the destination.
Child seats are available upon request and must be specified at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that children are appropriately secured according to UK law.
Vinta Rides respects your privacy and complies with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR.
Personal information is collected solely for booking and service provision purposes and will never be shared with third parties unless legally required.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
